About Dipl. Wirtsch. Ing. (FH) Rolf Popp

My passion for mergers and acquisition (M&A) like business brokerage (SME), business valuation and strategy work has already emerged during my studies of industrial engineering in the 1990s. Business analyses and company value calculation according to profit forecasts compared to the development of the net asset value were my first intensive contacts with the topics business sales and business acquisitions.

 

After a short phase at a financial holding company, I founded my company ROLF POPP PRO Consult (RPPC) in 1997.

 

Over the years, we have built up a giant network of contacts, consisting of company sellers (also company succession) and buyers. It includes companies and investors from German-speaking countries but also from Europe and from around the world.

 

 

We speak all kind of M&A business languages.

SMEs, enterprises, corporations, global players, family offices, investors.

 

Simultaneously, we have built up a competent and reliable partner network we cooperate with when dealing with specific issues. It includes well-experienced MA-specialists in various topics, I am happy to recommend at any time.

 

Today, I look back at over 3,000 M&A projects in business brokerage, in which we was involved in the most diverse intensities and forms.
