ROLF POPP PRO Consult GmbH, the nationwide business and transaction consulting company with its core business in Mergers and Acquisitions, and especially graduate industrial engineer Rolf Popp, was selected and nominated by the president of the "Center of Financial Studies“ Frankfurt, Prof. Dr. Otmar Issing (former member of the board of directors and the Central Bank Council of Deutsche Bundesbank) – together with the director Prof. Dr. Jan Pieter Krahnen – as key person for the aggregation of expectations and developments of the financial center Germany.

The CFS financial center index is an innovative tool for aggregating the opinions and expectaions of key persons from the financial cluster Francfort and the financial center Germany as a whole. The aim of it is to capture the respective current mood in relation with development opportunities and development risks of the financial center and its transition in the passage of time.
