We are delighted to announce another successful Business Brokerage. This time, we achieved the mutual contact of two small and mid-sized companies (SMEs) of special vehicle construction (electronics and cable manufacturing) and initiated the expedient idea of a company merger. The starting point was a company sale as well as a company purchase.
Herewith, the company to be sold was almost twice in turnover capacity as the purchasing company. For the company valuation as well as for the proportions of shareholdings with the new holding company the relevant and sustainable profitability was decisive as calculation basis.
Primarily essential for the brokerage success was the detecting of specific synergies and, during the decision-making phases, the strong and target-oriented contact with all negotiating partners. Generally important is the professional researching for a suitable strategic partner but also the mutual acceptance of the company valuation as another critical factor.
The time period from the first contact until the agreement by a notary including the new holding structure, CEO contracts, statutes etc. was just 4 months.
Looking back, it is to say that the solution found in form of a merger secures the future of both companies in a sustainable way and offers disproportionate chances.
