As already happened in many other cases, one of our clients, this time from the measurement technology segment, has now successfully sold his business and so timely arranged the business succession.

The company has been active as a recognised and certified DAkkS laboratory for many years and has now been acquired by a strategic investor as part of an individual acquisition model.

In this case, our task was to develop beforehand the corresponding documents, exposé, transition scenarios and value estimations and to put the owner in the best possible start position for dialogues and negotiations. The sales success proves here again that our consulting and expertise have purposefully led to success. For a determined period of time, the previous owner remains available for the company in order to ensure the business transfer.
