Mergers and participations are becoming increasingly interesting for the entire SME segment. Our South Tyrol initial meetings around the topic Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions took place in Bolzano/Italy on 25 and 26 July.

The focus was on the topic "Initiating a successful business brokerage" (mergers) which was explained in detail. Cross-border acquisitions and strategic partnerships were another aspect. These generally range from reciprocal participations to the implementation of a merger.
