At the turn of the year 2016 we have to report another successful company brokerage in the context of our nationwide activities.
Point of origin was the demand of a company incorporating a suitable and strategic investor into the ownership structure. As key success factors for this M&A Deal are to state the detailed analysis of the origin as well as the perfect timing for successful negotiations.
We managed the contact of a company in the segment of wellness and medical engineering to a most interesting, strategic partner by using our broad M&A know-how and long-term experience. Herewith, the negotiations were successful finished within a reasonable period.
Now, the new associate not only brings the latest management know-how, but also adds the product range in a useful way by its portfolio. For this reason, the future growth and the international distribution will be put on a solid and target-orientated basis.
The turnover size class in this case has been 20 to 30 Mio. € p.a.
